1. How long are shipping times?

Our products are made to order within two weeks, and ship out a couple of days thereafter. It normally takes just under two weeks for your order to reach your doorstep depending on current shipping conditions.

  1. What's your return policy?

We do not accept returns due to our production process, but also current health concerns. Instead of returning items, you can contact us to discuss further options. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. Please forward any concerns, along with a picture of the product, and we will gladly resolve any issues.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you are able to cancel an order once it has been placed, if we haven’t started working on it yet! 

If we have already started producing your order, however, we may be unable to cancel it. Generally, requesting a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed is not a problem.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order, such as: wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, simply notify us, and we will resolve the issue. 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know, send a picture and we will resolve the issue.
